Barbara J. Kerr
Vice President, Human Resources
Barbara J. Kerr was appointed Vice President, Human Resources in 2000. She has worldwide responsibility for human resources for all of the company's operations. Ms. Kerr is a member of the company's Management Executive Committee.
Previously, Ms. Kerr was first a Principal and then Vice President, Operations with iQuantic, Inc, a San Francisco-based human resources and compensation consulting firm from 1998 to 2000. From 1990 to 1997, she served as Vice President, Human Resources for Chiron Corporation. Prior to that she has held human resources management positions with companies in retailing, financial services, and telecommunications.
Ms. Kerr received a bachelor's degree in American studies in 1968 from Wittenberg University. She received a master's of business administration in 1982 from Golden Gate University and a master's of education in counseling and personnel in 1973 from the University of Rochester.
