Mark O'Donnell
Division President, Global Services and Supply Chain

Mark O'Donnell was named President, Global Services and Supply Chain Division, in September 2007 with responsibility for end-to-end "order to ship" processing and post-sales installation and field service for all Applied Biosystems products. In this role, he manages 1,285 Field Service, Customer Service, Technical Customer Assistance, Field Training, Service Marketing and Sales, Service Product Management, Global Supply Chain, Global Planning, Logistics, and Procurement professionals on five continents including 35 countries. He reports to Mark Stevenson, President of Applied Biosystems.

Previously, Mr. O'Donnell was Vice President, Global Supply Chain, managing the forecasting, planning, procurement, engineering, transportation, and warehousing of the company's raw materials and products. Earlier, he served as Senior Director of Instrument Operations and Director of Materials Management. He joined the company in 1986 as a purchasing manager with Perkin-Elmer Corporation, the predecessor to AB's parent company.

Mr. O'Donnell holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Connecticut at Storrs, and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of New Haven, Connecticut.
