Higher throughput
The Attune™ Acoustic Focusing Cytometer is equipped to deliver sample input rates that are nearly an order of magnitude higher than those with a conventional flow cytometer (Table 1), allowing you to acquire statistically significant numbers of rare events in dramatically shorter periods of time (Figure 2). Faster acquisition gives you more data without the wait.

Greater sensitivity
The Attune™ Acoustic Focusing Cytometer delivers higher sensitivity when it is needed most. Because it is not limited by physical sheath flow constraints, you can control the amount of time your cells spend in the laser's path. This means you can use a slower flow rate to collect more photons when analyzing dim signals which translates to better separation (Figure 1). This increased sensitivity brings clarity to your results.
