Gene Expression Analysis Using TaqMan® Assays in 384-Well Microfluidic Cards
TaqMan® Array Microfluidic Cards are the right tool for validating tens or hundreds of microarray hits because they can be customized to include up to 384 of those hits in one easy-to-use 384-well plate. Using individual assays, or even SYBR®-based assays, to look at 12, 48, or 96 targets can quickly become unmanageable and expensive. TaqMan® Array Cards enable you to accomplish the validation necessary to arrive at the right answer easily and affordably.

TaqMan® Fast Cells-to-CT™ Kit

Use Fast-cycling real-time PCR chemistry and instrumentation to perform gene expression analysis directly from cultured cells without RNA purification. Quickly and easily lyse cultured cells while removing genomic DNA (gDNA) and preserving RNA integrity. The kit includes reverse transcription (RT) reagents and TaqMan® Fast Universal PCR Master Mix for subsequent real-time PCR analysis.
Step 2: Reverse Transcribe
The High Capacity RNA-to-cDNA Kit provides all the necessary components to reverse transcribe RNA into cDNA. (Note: this step can be omitted if a one-step RT-PCR protocol is used.)

TaqMan® PreAmp Pools are pre-pooled sets of TaqMan® Gene Expression Assays ready for use with four specific TaqMan® Array Gene Signature Cards. TaqMan® PreAmp Pools are designed for challenging RNA samples, such as very small quantities, or degraded material and genes that have low expression levels. Use PreAmp Pools to increase the quantity of your sample targets without introducing bias. Four pools are available corresponding to fixed TaqMan® ArrayHuman and Rat GPCR, and Human and Mouse Stem Cell Pluripotency Gene Signature Cards.

Custom TaqMan® Array Micro Fluidic Card

The TaqMan® Custom Array is a 384-well micro fluidic card that enables a researcher to perform 384 simultaneous real-time PCR reactions without the need to use liquid-handling robots or multichannel pipettors to fill the card. This low- to medium- throughput micro fluidic card allows for 1-8 samples to be run in parallel against 12-384 TaqMan® Gene Expression Assay targets that are pre-loaded into each of the wells on the card. The TaqMan® Custom Array is completely customizable. A minimum order of 10 cards is required for all formats.
