TaqMan®Array 384-well Plates are the right tool for validating tens or hundreds of microarray hits because they can be customized to include up to 384 of those hits in one easy-to-use 384-well plate. Using individual assays, or even SYBR®-based assays, to look at 12 to 384 targets can quickly become unmanageable and expensive. TaqMan® Array Plates enable you to accomplish the validation necessary to arrive at the right answer easily and affordably.

Experimental Workflow: Find the Products You Need for Every Step
This kit enables researchers to easily perform expression analysis using cultured cells without purification of RNA. The kit includes reagents for cell lysis and RNA preservation, genomic DNA removal, and reverse transcription (RT). The kit also includes TaqMan® Gene Expression Master Mix for use in subsequent real-time PCR analysis.
The TaqMan® PreAmp Cells-to-CT™ Kit makes it possible to perform gene expression analysis directly from limited or small numbers of cultured cells without RNA purification. For situations in which limited sample availability restricts the number of real-time PCR reactions, this kit enables experiments that would otherwise not be possible.
Designed for use with the TaqMan Gene Expression Cells-to-CT Kit, this kit contains an endogenous control (ACTB) to normalize for sample loading variability and an artifical XenoRNA™ control and corresponding TaqMan Gene Expression Assay to monitor the effects of PCR inhibition.
Use Fast-cycling real-time PCR chemistry and instrumentation to perform gene expression analysis directly from cultured cells without RNA purification. Quickly and easily lyse cultured cells while removing genomic DNA (gDNA) and preserving RNA integrity. Step 2: Reverse Transcribe
The High Capacity RNA-to-cDNA Kit provides all the necessary components to reverse transcribe RNA into cDNA. (Note: this step can be omitted if a one-step RT-PCR protocol is used.)

TaqMan® PreAmp Pools are pre-pooled sets of TaqMan® Gene Expression Assays ready for use with four specific TaqMan® Gene Signature Arrays. TaqMan® PreAmp Pools are designed for challenging RNA samples, such as very small quantities, or degraded material and genes that have low expression levels. Use PreAmp Pools to increase the quantity of your sample targets without introducing bias. Four pools are available corresponding to fixed TaqMan® Human and Rat GPCR, and Human and Mouse Stem Cell Pluripotency Gene Signature Arrays.
