AB Library Builder™ System

The AB Library Builder™ System* is a unique, low to medium throughput, solution that simplifies construction of DNA fragment libraries by automating of the most labor intensive steps. Further simplify the workflow by using the system for upstream DNA purification as well.

The AB Library Builder™ System* is a semi-automated system for DNA fragment library preparation for the SOLiD™ 4 System and 5500 Series Genetic Analyzers. Protocols for semi-automated library preparation for the Ion Torrent PGM sequencer are also available.  It is designed to increase throughput and reduce labor associated with library preparation for exome and targeted resequencing applications.
