Labindia’s Applied Biosystems® Business Aquired by Invitrogen BioServices™
We are pleased to announce that Invitrogen Bioservices™ India Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of US-based Life Technologies™ Corporation has acquired the Applied Biosystems® agency business from Labindia, effective 3 December 2010.
Effective immediately, the integrated entity will transact under the name of M/S Invitrogen Bioservices™ India Pvt. Ltd. (IVGN) for all purchase orders of Applied Biosystems® products placed in Indian currency (INR). There will be no change for Applied Biosystems® orders placed in US Dollars directly to Life Technologies™.
The same Applied Biosystems® team from Labindia, now under the Invitrogen Bioservices™ India Pvt. Ltd. umbrella in India, will continue to support you. The Frequently Asked Questions referenced below provide more detail about the inevitable procedural changes resulting from this integration.
