Mate-Paired Library Sequencing Reagents for SOLiD™ 4 System, Main Kits (May 2010)
These kits contain sequencing master mixes in an easy-to-use strip tube format for ligation sequencing of mate-paired libraries on the SOLiD™ 4 System. Reagent mixing is not required, minimizing tube mix ups and providing a convenient automated method for sequencing reagent handling. These “Main” kits are the primary kits necessary for typical 50 bp or 35 bp sequencing runs.

Fragment Library Sequencing Reagents for SOLiD™ 4 System, Main Kits (May 2010)
These kits contain sequencing master mixes in an easy-to-use strip tube format for ligation sequencing of fragment libraries on the SOLiD™ 4 System. Reagent mixing is not required, minimizing tube mix ups and providing a convenient automated method for sequencing reagent handling. These “Main” kits are the primary kits necessary for typical sequencing runs. Specific kit configurations for multiplexed samples as well as for read-lengths up to 50 bp are available to provide flexibility to your research.

Workflow Analysis Reagents for SOLID™ 4 System (May 2010)

Instrument Buffers for SOLiD™ 4 System (May 2010)
This kit contains a set of buffers needed for ligation sequencing on the SOLiD™ 4 System. The kit is sufficient for 110 cycles. The product is compatible only with the SOLiD™ 4 System. Store components at ambient, 2 °C to 8 °C, and at -15 °C to -25 °C.

SOLiD™ ChIP Seq Kit (April 2010)
Chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP)-Seq experiments examine genome-wide protein DNA interactions and identifies nucleotide of the genome involved in transcriptional regulation and chromatin remodeling. The SOLiD™ ChIP Seq Kit is a complete and optimized system for comprehensive Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP) analysis on the SOLiD™ System and includes ChIP preparation reagents and library generation reagents for 20 samples along with a protocol optimized for library preparation using ChIP DNA input amounts of 1-10ng per sample. The simplified workflow uses 10,000-300,000 cells and involves cross-linking of proteins, cell lysis, and subsequent chromatin shearing and immunoprecipation utilizing Dynabeads® products. Specifically, the DynaMAG®-PCR magnet for processing ChIP samples provides higher specificity by reducing the amount of non-specific binding seen with traditional ChIP methods.

SOLiD™ Fragment Library Barcoding Kits (April 2010)
The SOLiD™ Fragment Library Barcoding Kits provides a complete set of 96 unique barcode sequences for the SOLiD™ 4 System for cost-effective next generation sequencing of fragment or paired-end libraries. When used in combination with the SOLiD™ Fragment Library Construction Kit, the SOLiD™ Fragment Library Barcoding Kits enables users to pool up to 96 fragment libraries prior to emulsion PCR and then conduct multiplexed sequencing analysis, simplifying the next generation sequencing workflow. The intelligent barcode design facilitates uniform representation of all barcoded sequences with less than 0.05% false assignment rate. Modules in sets of 16 barcodes or a kit containing a complete set of 96 barcodes are available, providing sample multiplexing flexibility for a wide range of applications, including PCR-based targeted enrichment and ChIP. Experience the Quality Genome with high-quality sequencing data with lower costs per sample. Each modules include 16 individually synthesized P2 adapters, P1 adapter, and PCR Primer 1 and 2 with sufficient quantities of each to label up to 8 µg of input genomic DNA.

The SOLiD™ Total RNA-Seq kit is a single kit for the rapid construction of libraries for either whole transcriptome discovery or small non-coding RNA analysis. The expression profiles from these libraries are highly concordant with those from previous kits it replaces, the SOLiD™ Whole Transcriptome Analysis and SOLiD™ Small RNA Expression Kits. Designed as one complete solution, the kit optimally combines all necessary reagents to enable hypothesis-neutral discovery of coding RNA, non-coding RNA, novel transcripts, alternate splicing, small RNAs, and isoforms, all while maintaining accurate sequence representation and preserving strand direction.

Now this proven technology is available for the analysis of any small RNA molecule with Custom TaqMan® Small RNA Assays. The novel adaptations in TaqMan® Assay design developed for the study of miRNAs are ideal for analysis of any small nucleic acid less than 200 bases long, including newly discovered miRNAs, Piwi-interacting RNA (piRNA), small nuclear RNA (snRNA), and small nucleolar RNA (snoRNA). Custom TaqMan® Small RNA Assays are custom designed using our validated assay design pipeline. They are available in three sizes and are delivered in two tubes: one containing the RT primer, the other containing the specific pre-formulated TaqMan® Assay (TaqMan® probe and PCR primer set).
