This is the rough plot as seen after clicking "Finish". The plot can now be formatted and adjusted to reflect your needs.

Double-click on the X-axis to re-scale as shown below. Patterns, font, and number notation can all be adjusted. Click "OK".


Double-click on the Y-axis to re-format. The formatting options are similar as to those for the X-axis. It is important to note that because Y-axis scaling is based on fluorescence values, this scale will be assay dependent. Values shown here are for illustrative purposes only. Click "OK".
