Generating ABI PRISM® 7700 Amplification Plots in a Spreadsheet Program

The goal of this tutorial is to demonstrate the procedure through which analyzed data generated within a 7700 data file can be exported and regenerated in Microsoft® Excel in order to generate an amplification plot.
